Sashiko translates as 'little stabs'. It is a running stitch embroidery technique, traditionally used in Japan.

Creates a standard cushion cover in 40 x 40cm.

Kit includes:

• 100% dark navy cotton fabric in 142 x 50cm
• Japanese white cotton embroidery thread in 40m
• Water soluble pencil in grey, red, white
• Gold-eye embroidery needles (size 3-9) x 16pcs
• 4” Sashiko template in 4 design pattern

Dry clean or wash by hand or gentle machine wash, drip dry, cool iron.
